Nake Group Refund Policy
At Nake Group, we strive to provide high-quality training programs that meet your expectations and help you succeed in your career journey. However, we understand that there may be situations
where you need to request a refund. Below is our detailed refund policy to ensure transparency and clarity regarding the terms and conditions of refunds.
1. Eligibility for Refund
– Refunds are only available within 12 hours of enrollment or payment. If you wish to request a refund, it must be done within this timeframe.
– Refunds requested after 12 hours from enrollment or payment will not be entertained under any circumstances.
2. Refund Amount
– If a refund is requested within the 12-hour window, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded to the student. The remaining 50% will be retained to cover administrative and operational costs.
– No full refunds will be processed.
3. Process for Requesting a Refund
– To request a refund, you must email us at refunds@nakegroup.com within the 12-hour period, providing the following information:
Your full name Course name
Enrollment date and time
Reason for requesting a refund
-Once we receive your refund request, our team will review the information and process the refund within 7-10 business days. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during enrollment.
4. Refund Limitations
– Refunds are only applicable for the course fee. Any additional charges such as service fees, processing fees, or taxes are non-refundable.
Refunds are not available if:
The course has already been accessed, i.e., if you have attended any live sessions, downloaded any materials, or accessed any course content.
Thestudent violates any of the terms of service or code of conduct outlined by Nake Group.
6. Refund Denial
Nake Group reserves the right to deny any refund request if it is deemed that the refund policy criteria have not been met or if the request is not submitted within the stipulated timeframe.
7. Non-Refundable Services
Please note that certain services offered by Nake Group, such as certification services, exam fees, and placement support fees, are non-refundable once availed or activated.

Our “Pay After Placement” option and the career support services are structured to minimize financial burden, but please ensure you fully understand the terms of the course before making any financial commitments.
